Shri  Vishwakarma Skill University, Haryana, has started accepting online applications (last date being 14 June 2022) for admissions in its niche Diploma and Bachelor of Vocation courses offered in multiple disciplines, in collaboration with industry and academia. These courses have an integrated on-the-job training component with provision for stipend on earn-while-you-learn model.

About the University : In tune with its vision of a skilled India, the Government of Haryana established the Shri Vishwakarma Skill University (SVSU), a first of its kind in India, in 2016 in District Palwal, Haryana. 

The University is aimed at providing structured skill qualification programmes that are aligned with existing and emerging job roles in the industry and other sectors. These programmes are mapped with the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) that shall facilitate upward mobility of students from Certification to Doctoral level.

Note : In case of technology courses, special subject combinations are required as below:
For 1 Year Diploma (NSQF Level 5) : 10th (Science and Mathematics) OR 08th plus I.T.I. with Hindi and English language subjects
